Cancellation Policy –
If you wish to cancel an Order after the Restaurant has accepted it, Chicketos shall in its sole discretion charge cancellation fee, which may extend upto the Order value.
To collect such cancellation fee, Chicketos reserves its right to (i) adjust it from the refund, if any, of the Order value or part thereof, as the case may be; or (ii) recover the complete / deficit cancellation fee from the subsequent Order.
All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received. Refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks policies.
Returning Goods
If you wish to return any ordered food item to Chicketos for reasons other than defects or damage in transit, we will only issue a refund if the goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and in a saleable condition. The goods are returned to us within half an hour of receipt of the original order in the original retail packaging that they were dispatched in.
If the Error is Our Fault -
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will dispatch a replacement item or items to you at no further cost, subject to availability. We reserve the right to refund you in the event that the goods are no longer available or we are unable to deliver the replacement we will offer a credit to the value off your next order.
In all other circumstances where Chicketos is not at fault, then the delivery charges will be your responsibility.
